This 2022 GMC Hummer EV is an Edition 1 pickup finished in Interstellar White over Jet Black and Light Gray leather upholstery, and its Ultium Drive e4WD system sends power to all four wheels via a single-motor front unit with an electronic locking differential as well as a dual-motor rear axle with virtual locking capability.
Additional features include Super Cruise driver assistance, CrabWalk four-wheel steering, Watts to Freedom launch control, a 24-module 200-kWh Ultium battery pack, air-ride adaptive suspension, and black 18″ wheels with machine-finished accents in addition to UltraVision underbody cameras, a power-retractable tonneau cover, a 5’ pickup bed, a MultiPro tailgate with an integrated Kicker audio system, and Bose audio linked to a touchscreen infotainment system with navigation.
Production of Edition 1 examples began in late 2021 at GM’s “Factory Zero” Detroit/Hamtramck Assembly Center in Michigan, with each truck finished in Interstellar White with a black roof, bumpers, running boards, and wheel-arch flares.
Additional exterior details include LED headlights and cargo-area lighting, roof clearance lights, front and rear recovery hooks, heated and power-folding mirrors, an Infinity Roof with four removable tinted glass Sky Panels, and a 5’ bed with a Kicker audio system integrated into the MultiPro tailgate.
A power-retractable tonneau cover was also optioned from the factory.
A paint correction and a paint-less dent removal were performed in preparation for the sale.
Edition 1 equipment includes the Extreme Off-Road Package, which added black 18” aluminum wheels with machine-finished accents, 305/70 Goodyear Wrangler Territory M/T tires, rocker-panel rock sliders, underbody skid plates, ball spline half shafts, and underbody cameras.
The CrabWalk four-wheel steering system allows the rear wheels to turn up to 10°, enabling the truck to travel diagonally at low speeds.
Additional features include regenerative braking and a four-corner air-ride suspension with adaptive dampers.
The cabin features seating surfaces upholstered in Jet Black and Light Gray leather, and Hummer EV insignias accent the backrests of the heated and ventilated 12-way power-adjustable front seats.
Bronze trim and an “Edition 1″ badge accent the dashboard.
Amenities include a Super Cruise driver-assistance system, tri-zone automatic climate control, an UltraVision system providing 18 exterior camera views including front and rear underbody cameras, and a Bose surround-sound system linked to a 13.4” touchscreen infotainment system with navigation as well as four-way front lumbar-support adjustment, driver-seat memory settings, and heated rear seats with storage compartments.
The truck is also equipped with a Watts to Freedom launch control system.
The heated steering wheel fronts a configurable digital display panel.
The digital odometer indicates 649 miles.
