The twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 features dry-sump lubrication and was factory rated at 577 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque when new. Factory equipment included a titanium performance exhaust system as well as AMG dynamic engine and transmission mounts.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transaxle, a carbon-composite driveshaft, and an electronically controlled limited-slip differential.
The heated, ventilated, and power-adjustable AMG Performance seats are trimmed in black Exclusive Nappa leather with diamond-stitched inserts. Additional appointments include piano black lacquer and carbon-fiber trim accents as well as dual-zone automatic climate control, front- and rear-view cameras, Parktronic, Keyless Go, Distronic cruise control, carbon-fiber door sill inserts, and COMAND infotainment with navigation, a touchpad, Apple CarPlay, satellite radio, and a Burmester sound system. The Lane Tracking Package added Blind-Spot Assist and Lane Keeping Assist.
The Dinamica-wrapped AMG Performance steering wheel features paddle shifters and frames a configurable 12.3″ digital instrument cluster.
