The turbocharged 2.0-liter EA888 inline-four was factory rated at 220 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque. The coolant was flushed in April 2024, and the oil was changed in preparation for the sale.
Power is sent to the front wheels via a six-speed dual-clutch DSG automatic transaxle and a limited-slip differential.
The heated “Top Sport” front bucket seats and the rear bench seat are trimmed in Titan Black cloth with Clark Plaid inserts and red accent stitching. Amenities include push-button ignition, air conditioning, cruise control, illuminated door sill plates, alloy pedals, GTI-branded all-weather floor mats, under-seat storage, and a 6.5″ touchscreen infotainment system as well as an adjustable glove-compartment cooling vent.
The leather-wrapped flat-bottom steering wheel is accented with a GTI badge and red stitching, and it fronts a 180-mph speedometer, a tachometer, a central multifunction display, and auxiliary gauges.
The digital odometer indicates 2,300 miles.
