Tthe 500ci V8 was fitted with ported and polished cylinder heads as part of the two-year refurbishment. It is also equipped with an Edelbrock carburetor and intake manifold along with tubular exhaust headers and a MagnaFlow exhaust system. The air conditioning compressor is a replacement. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission and a replacement Ford 9″ rear axle.

The single bench seat is trimmed in red leather and features a fold-down center armrest. Woodgrain trim adorns the dashboard and door panels, and interior amenities include automatic climate control, power windows and locks, a center console with cup holders, automatic headlights, an AM/FM/eight-track stereo, and a Caribou-script plaque on the dashboard. A Cadillac LaSalle Club Senior Award plaque is mounted on the backside of the rearview mirror.

The three-spoke steering wheel is mounted to a tilting and telescoping column and fronts a horizontal 100-mph speedometer.

The five-digit odometer shows 48k miles.
