A subsequent refurbishment included a repaint in its factory shade of Auburgine, replacing the tan interior, overhauling the suspension and brakes, and servicing of the numbers-matching 2.4L flat-six and five-speed manual transaxle.

The 2.4-liter flat-six is equipped with Bosch fuel injection and was rated for 140 horsepower and 148 lb-ft of torque in the 1972 911T.

Work during the refurbishment included refinishing the fan and housing as well as replacement of the engine and transaxle mounts.

The engine was resealed and the fuel-injection system was serviced in 2022.

The interior was redone by K&H European Auto Upholstery, and features front seats upholstered in tan with houndstooth inserts.

Additional equipment includes a matching parcel shelf and door panels as well as a replacement dashboard, carpeting, and map pockets.

The pedal box and shifter were rebuilt, and a Becker cassette player is installed along with shoulder restraints for the front occupants.
