This Dodge Challenger R/T is one of 246 440 Six Pack examples built for the 1971 model year, 119 of which were equipped with automatic transmissions.

Power is from a triple-carbureted 440ci V8 mated to a replacement 727 Torqueflite automatic transmission, and the body is finished in Bright Red over a black vinyl interior.

The 440ci E87 V8 was rated at 385 horsepower when new and is capped by an oblong air cleaner covering three two-barrel downdraft carburetors.

Power is sent through a replacement 727 Torqueflite transmission and a Sure-Grip rear end with 3.55:1 gears.

Equipment includes light and noise reduction packages, power-assisted disc brakes, a hood pad, and a 3.55:1 Sure-Grip rear end.

The car was finished in Bright Red from new, and was repainted.

The body features black R/T decals, body-colored side mirrors, 440 Six Pack badges, dual exhaust outlets, hood pins, and fog lights.

Painted 15″ Rallye wheels wear chrome beauty rings and are mounted with Goodyear Polyglas GT tires.

Power-assisted disc brakes are equipped up front.

The black interior features high-back vinyl bucket seats as well as wood-look trim on the center console, doors, and dashboard.

A stock AM/FM radio is retained, as is a wood-rimmed steering wheel.

Instrumentation includes a tachometer, a 150-mph speedometer, and a five-digit odometer showing just over 47k miles.
