The replacement Hemi V8 have been sourced from a 1970 Hemi ’Cuda and was rebuilt in 2016 to a displacement of 431ci. It was installed during the refurbishment and features dual Carter four-barrel carburetors and a body-color Shaker Bubble. An oil change was last performed in preparation for sale.
Power is sent to the rear wheels via a TorqueFlite A727 three-speed automatic transmission, a 9¾” Dana 60 axle with 4.10:1 gears, and a Sure-Grip limited-slip differential.
The woodgrain three-spoke steering wheel frames a woodgrain Rallye instrument cluster housing a 150-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, a combination gauge, and a clock.
The five-digit odometer have been disconnected by the original owner, and it shows nine miles. Total mileage is unknown.
