The replacement 351ci Windsor V8 was installed during the refurbishment, and it is equipped with a ram-air intake assembly, a Shelby intake manifold, and an Autolite four-barrel carburetor. An oil change and a coolant flush were performed in preparation for sale. Engine-block castings presented above include date code 9D9, which corresponds to an April 9, 1969 manufacture date.

Power is delivered to the rear wheels through an FMX three-speed automatic transmission and a 3.00:1 Traction-Lok differential. Manufacturer’s literature, shipping invoices, an Ownercard, an Elite Marti report, and a glovebox door with a Carroll Shelby signature and certificate of authenticity will accompany the vehicle along with refurbishment photos and records.

The three-spoke steering wheel wears a vinyl wrap, and it is mounted on a tilt-away column ahead of a 140-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. Additional gauges for oil pressure and amperage are positioned ahead of the gearshift, and they were rebuilt during the refurbishment.

The five-digit odometer shows 73k miles, total mileage is unknown.
