This 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 was completed on October 4, 1968 at Ford’s Metuchen, New Jersey assembly plant.

The 390ci V8 was factory-rated at 320-horsepower and 427 lb-ft of torque, and features a Holley Carburetor along with MSD ignition, an Offenhauser intake manifold, and electric fuel pump.

An oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual toploader transmission and a Traction-Lok differential with 3.25:1 gearing.

A transmission fluid change in April 2022.

Power is from a 390ci V8 paired with a four-speed manual toploader transmission, and the car is finished in black with red side stripes over black vinyl upholstery.

Finished from the factory in Wimbledon White with a black-out hood treatment (M5), the car was repainted its current shade of black with red side stripes.

Polished 14” front and 15″ rear Magnum 500-style wheels feature black-painted recessed areas and are mounted with white-letter BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires.

Stopping power is provided by power-assisted front discs with rear drums that have been replaced.

Additional maintenance have included replacement of the rear wheel cylinders and front shock absorbers.

The cabin houses seats trimmed in black vinyl with red stripes and patterned inserts along with a matching dashboard, replacement door panels, and loop carpets protected by red mats.

Faux-woodgrain trim is found throughout the interior, and features include lap belts for all occupants, a Hurst shifter, and an analog clock.

A Rim Blow wood-rimmed three-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of a 120-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges.

The five-digit odometer shows 3k miles, total mileage is unknown.
