This 1969 Chevrolet Camaro convertible is equipped with the Z11 option, which added the RS and SS packages, as well as trim and decals in the style of the Camaro pace car used at the 1969 Indianapolis 500.

Finished in white with orange stripes over orange vinyl upholstery with houndstooth cloth inserts, the car is powered by a 350ci V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission.

The Z11 package was introduced in early 1969 to outfit a limited run of production convertibles with trim replicating that of the official pace cars built for the 53rd Indianapolis 500.

Fewer than 3,700 cars were sold with the option, all finished in Dover White with Z28-style stripes in Hugger Orange.

This example have received a repaint and features orange pinstripes around the front and rear wheel arches.

The heater core was replaced in May 2022.

The two-spoke steering wheel features an SS emblem and frames a 120-mph speedometer and a fuel level gauge.

The five-digit odometer shows 24k miles, total mileage is unknown.
