The 454ci V8 replaces the factory V8 and feature 9.5:1 compression, Brodix aluminum cylinder heads, and a Lunati high-performance camshaft.
Recent service included replacement of the fuel filter, ignition wires, and fluids, and additional equipment includes the following components: Edelbrock Performer aluminum intake manifold, Quick Fuel Technology 850-cfm four-barrel carburetor, Custom-fabricated aluminum valve covers, MSD distributor and electronic-ignition system, March Performance pulley and bracket system, Ceramic-coated Doug’s Headers exhaust headers, 3″ dual exhaust equipped with Flowmaster mufflers, Aluminum radiator.
Power is routed to the rear wheels via a rebuilt GM 200R automatic overdrive transmission and a Ford 9″ center section with a Positraction limited-slip differential, Moser Engineering axles, and 4.11:1 gearing.
