The 427ci GM ZZ427 V8 crate engine was installed and features MSD ignition and fuel injection, along with an American Auto wiring harness, a Be Cool radiator, and a March Performance Revolver serpentine belt system.
Ceramic-coated headers feed a 3″ stainless-steel exhaust system that is equipped with remote-operated cutouts exiting in front of the rear wheels.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Tremec five-speed manual transmission with a Hurst shifter and a Moser 12-bolt rear axle housing a Positraction differential with 3.73:1 gearing.
The frame have been powder coated and undercoating applied to the chassis.
Additional amenities include electric door poppers, a TMI center console with dual cupholders, a Vintage Air A/C system, power windows and door locks, and a RetroSound head unit with Bluetooth connectivity wired to JL Audio speakers in the cabin as well as twin Alpine subwoofers and three amplifiers enclosed in a plexiglass box in the trunk.
A three-spoke steering wheel is mounted to a tilt steering column and frames instrumentation including a 140-mph speedometer, an analog clock, and a 7k-rpm tachometer.
Auxiliary instrumentation is found in the center console, and the five-digit odometer shows just over 5k miles, though total mileage is unknown.
