The 302ci V8 is topped with a four-barrel Holley carburetor and a Cobra-branded air cleaner and valve covers.
An export brace is installed, and wiring has been taped underneath on the passenger side.
The engine have been rebuilt and recent service after a period of storage included changing the oil as well as replacing the battery and fuel pump.
The distributor and carburetor also have been replaced.
The five-digit odometer shows just under 50k miles, true mileage is unknown.
