This 1967 Dodge D200 crew-cab pickup was fitted with a 5.9-liter Cummins turbodiesel inline-six mated to an NV4500 five-speed manual transmission and converted to four-wheel-drive operation during a multi-year refurbishment. Work also involved body repairs, repainting the truck in green, reupholstering the interior in white with plaid inserts, and installing an NP200 transfer case, a Dana 60 front differential, a Dana 80 rear differential, Power Wagon badging, 36″ tires, front disc brakes, power steering, and Vintage Air climate control.

The 5.9-liter Cummins turbodiesel inline-six is said to have been sourced from a 1994 Dodge pickup, and a custom firewall and cowl was fabricated to accept the engine, which is augmented by a P7100 injection pump and an intercooler. The crankshaft was resealed, the “killer dowel pin” was addressed, and the radiator was replaced along with the engine’s plastic trim.

Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels via an NV4500 five-speed manual transmission pulled from the same 1994 Dodge along with Dana 60 front and Dana 80 rear differentials, and 3.54:1 gearing is utilized. The NP200 dual-range transfer case was rebuilt in 2016. The clutch and throw-out bearing were replaced, the flywheel was resurfaced, and the axles were rebuilt. The frame from the cowl to the front of the vehicle has been fully boxed, and the frame was sandblasted, prepped, and refinished in satin-black epoxy frame paint. The underside of the body matches the exterior color with an integrated undercoating blend. The floors have been modified to accept the transmission, transfer case, and shifters.

The truck was removed from its frame, and the body was stripped to bare metal, rust was repaired, and a zinc coating was added. DuPont ChromaBase paint is intended to mimic Turf Green with an Alpine White roof, and clearcoat also was layered. The bumpers and the side-mirror housings are painted white, and the weatherstripping and the windshield were replaced during the aforementioned refurbishment. Power Wagon lettering was added to the hood. An antenna is fitted to the passenger-side cowl area, but the truck lacks a radio.

White-painted 16″ steel wheels are mounted with 9.00-16LT Specialty Tires of America Superlug tires.

Later-style stainless-steel hubcaps with black-painted accents accommodate Selectro manually locking hubs at the front wheels. Disc brakes have been adapted at the front corners, and the braking system is hydroboosted. The truck has a fabricated drag link, a RedHead Steering Gears power-steering gearbox with updated needle bearings, and a steering stabilizer. The leaf springs, suspension bushings, shocks, and body bushings were replaced during the refurbishment.

The custom interior has front and rear bench seats upholstered in white vinyl with patterned cloth inserts, which carry over to dual headliner sections. Sound-deadening material and jute were applied to the floors after the interior compartment was repainted body color. Black carpeting covers the floors, and other appointments include Vintage Air climate control, lap belts, and custom shift-boot covers.

A two-spoke steering wheel with a horn ring frames a 100-mph speedometer flanked by gauges monitoring fuel level, alternator status, coolant temperature, and oil pressure.

The five-digit odometer shows 98k miles, true mileage is unknown.
