The 427ci Ford FE side-oiler V8 is fitted with the following components: Medium-rise cylinder heads, Ford Performance roller rocker arms, Competition Cams camshaft, Ford Performance intake manifold, Holley Dominator carburetor, Aluminum “turkey pan” airbox, MSD ignition, Canton Racing oil pan with fluid dampener, Tilton starter, MagnaFuel fuel system, Stainless-steel braided fuel lines.
Power is transferred to the rear wheels through a Richmond ROD six-speed manual transmission with an overdrive top gear. The driveline utilizes a Lakewood bellhousing, a Centerforce dual-friction clutch and billet flywheel, and a Tilton hydraulic release bearing.
A Jaguar-sourced rear suspension system has been installed and that the frame and various suspension components have been powdercoated.
The metal plate shown above bears E.R.A. script at the top, is affixed to the transmission tunnel underneath the dashboard, and is etched with the serial number 352.
A four-spoke, wood-rimmed steering wheel sits ahead of Smiths and Lucas instrumentation including a tachometer, a reverse-sweep 180-mph speedometer, and supplementary gauges.
The five-digit odometer shows 10 miles.
