This 1966 Chevrolet Impala SS Convertible comes with documentation as far back as 1987 at which point it appears to have been restored.
Since that time this Impala SS has been maintained as required and updated as necessary.
With the most recent major work being a new convertible top in 2002 and a full body repaint in 2003 both of which have remained in very good condition.
From the factory this Impala SS was chateau slate currently the exterior color is a stunning shade of regal red as previously mentioned presents very well.
The black interior is in good condition as well.
The carpets are faded but there are no apparent rips. All the gages appear to be in working order with exception of the clock keeping accurate time.
The black power top with rear glass window works well and secures tight.
The underside of this car is very solid as can be seen in the pictures and the body panels are exceptionally straight.
The engine is a 283 cubic inch V8 mated to an automatic power glide transmission.
This Chevrolet Impala SS Convertible is a pleasure to cruise down the road and sounds great with the dual exhaust.
