The 427ci L72 V8 was rebuilt in 2003 and is equipped with a Holley four-barrel carburetor and factory electronic ignition.
The car underwent a body-off refurbishment circa 1998–2004, and the fiberglass exterior was repainted in the factory Nassau Blue (976).
Exterior features include added side-exit exhaust pipes, split chrome bumpers, vertical vents behind the front wheels, 427 Turbo-Jet badging, and a hood cowl.
Amenities include an added white-knob Hurst shifter, a heater, and a vertically mounted Delco AM/FM radio.
An added wood-rimmed steering wheel fronts instrumentation including a 160-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges.
The five-digit odometer displays 25k miles, 4k miles have been added since completion of the refurbishment.
