This Superformance MKIII 427 Cobra is a Shelby Cobra replica was completed by Brown’s Classic Autos in September 2015.

The car is powered by a Roush 427ci V8 mated to a Tremec TKO 5-speed manual transmission and a ZF limited-slip differential.

Additional features include a 4-barrel Holley carburetor, 4-wheel independent suspension with Bilstein shocks, Wilwood power-assisted disc brakes, side pipes, aluminum Hallibrand-style wheels, a short-throw shifter, Hella H4 headlights, and more.

The Roush 427SR 427ci V8 features a Dart aluminum 351w block and a forged crankshaft with Cleveland main bearing journals, as well as AFR cylinder heads.

A 4-barrel Holley carburetor is equipped and was adjusted and fitted with a half-inch 4150 4-hole phenolic spacer.

Additional features include MSD Street Fire CD ignition, ceramic-coated exhaust headers, an aluminum radiator and oil cooler with stainless steel lines, a polished intake manifold, water tank, and water pump, and a 17-gallon stainless steel fuel tank.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Tremec TKO-600 5-speed manual transmission and a Chevrolet Camaro ZF limited-slip differential.

A heavy-duty clutch and SFI bellhousing are also equipped.

Service completed in May 2023 included: Oil change with 5w40 full synthetic and Mobil 1 filter, Transmission service with Royal Purple Syncromax, Differential service with Royal Purple MaxGear 75w90, Brake and clutch hydraulic system flush with Motul RBF 660 DOT 4 brake fluid, New spark plugs, Ignition timing adjustment.

A Superformance MkIII owner’s manual is included, as is a drivetrain specifications manual.

Also included are a black tonneau cover, a wiring schematic, a 6-lb lead hammer, and the standard Cobra shifter.

The hand-laid fiberglass body features steel reinforcements and is bonded to a steel ladder frame with incorporated crumple zones.

The exterior is finished in two-stage urethane Royal Blue with white Le Mans stripes painted beneath the clear coat, and Expel film protection covers the front third of the car and the front of the rear fenders.

Equipment includes a stainless steel roll bar, polished stainless quick lifts, a Monza-style locking fuel filler cap, wind wings, ceramic-coated side pipes, and Hella H4 halogen headlights.

15” aluminum Hallibrand-style pin-drive wheels wear Goodyear Billboard tires measuring 8” wide up front and 10.5” wide out back.

A new set of Cooper Cobra Radial G/T tires measuring 255/60 and 295/50 are included with the sale.

Independent suspension with Bilstein coilover shocks is equipped front and rear, as are power-assisted Wilwood ventilated disc brakes.

The interior is trimmed in black leather with matching carpets and Shelby-branded floor mats.

Crow 5-point racing harnesses are equipped on both seats with DOT-compliant release buttons.

Additional equipment includes a 3-spoke Moto-Lita wooden steering wheel with a Shelby center cap, a short-throw shifter, fresh air box vents in the foot wells, sun visors, a locking glovebox, and a 12-volt cigarette lighter receptacle.

Carpeting is also equipped in the trunk.

The dash features original-style Smiths and Lucas gauges, with instrumentation including a reverse-sweep 180-mph speedometer.

The odometer shows 1,125 miles.
