This 289 Cobra is a CSX8000 continuation model that was built as a roller chassis by Shelby American and completed in June 2004 by Bill Anderson of HRE Motorsports.

The 302ci V8 is backed by a Tremec 5-speed and features finned Cobra valve covers, a chrome air cleaner, and a large-capacity aluminum radiator.

A new starter motor and battery were installed in June 2022.

The engine oil has been changed every three months, most recently in April 2023.

The fiberglass body is finished in white, and the cabin is trimmed in Buckskin Tan leather.

Power comes from a 302ci V8 paired with a Tremec 5-speed manual gearbox.

This car has not been altered from its original build, and the white-painted fiberglass body has no history or evidence of prior repairs.

The CSX8000 continuation cars feature a tube chassis, along with Wilwood disc brakes installed by Shelby American, a rear-exit exhaust system, and other 289 Cobra touches.

A soft top, cabin tonneau cover, and car cover are included in the sale.

An additional rear suspension leaf was added, and the front leafs were re-arched in order to lower the car.

CSX8011 is equipped with a set of chromed 15″ knock-off wire wheels, which are currently mounted with 205/60 series Goodyear Eagle GTII tires.

The seats and door panels are trimmed in Buckskin Tan leather, with darker carpeting fitted throughout the cabin.

A 15″ wood-rim steering wheel is equipped along with competition-style lap belts, a glove box, windshield wipers, and Shelby-branded instrumentation.

The passenger-side sun visor is signed by Carroll Shelby and also notes chassis #8011.

The odometer now shows 6,841 total miles.
