This Shelby Cobra is the last of 13 CSX1000 continuation cars completed as part of a joint operation by Shelby American and AC Cars in the mid-2000s before the partnership between the two companies disbanded.
Hand-formed aluminum bodywork is finished in Guardsman Blue, while power is provided by a 427ci side-oiler V8 featuring a Genesis iron FE block, aluminum cylinder heads, and a Holley four-barrel carburetor.
Additional equipment includes a Toploader four-speed manual transmission, four-wheel ventilated disc brakes, independent coilover suspension, side pipes, black interior upholstery, and Halibrand-style knock-off wheels.
The dash has been signed by Carroll Shelby.
A wood-rimmed steering wheels sits ahead of a Shelby-branded 180-mph speedometer, tachometer, and gauges monitoring coolant temperature, oil temperature, oil pressure, amperage, and fuel level.
The five-digit odometer shows 2,500 miles.
