This 1965 Buick Riviera is powered by a 401ci Nailhead V8 mated to a 3-speed automatic transmission and optioned with air conditioning, power windows, and bucket seats.

The 401ci Nailhead V8 was rated at 325 horsepower and 445 lb ft of torque when new and is paired with a 3-speed “Super Turbine” 400 automatic transmission.

Originally finished in Arctic White (CC), the car received a color change to period Seafoam Green.

A new windshield was installed at the same time and fresh rubber seals for the wing windows, trunk, and doors were added this past year.

Chrome and black Rally wheels wear Riviera caps and 15″ BFGoodrich redline tires.

Delivered in black vinyl with Beaumonde fabric inserts (618), the interior received new black vinyl upholstery along with a restoration of the dash pad from Just Dashes.

Work included restoration of the steering wheel, a new headliner, and a new spare tire cover made from NOS material.

Controls and accessories are in working order including the power vent windows, cruise control, power trunk release, analog clock, and headlight covers.

The air conditioning system was updated with a new compressor, evaporator core, and valves as well as a switch to R143a refrigerant.

The five-digit odometer shows just over 33k miles.
