The 410ci FE V8 was sourced from a 1966–1967 Mercury and features a triple-two-barrel carburetor setup from a 1962–1963 406ci FE V8.

Other equipment includes chrome valve covers with Police Interceptor identification as well as a PerTronix ignition coil, an aluminum intake manifold, and an aluminum radiator.
