Features consist of triple Rochester Two-Jet downdraft carburetors on an Offenhauser intake manifold, painted steel wheels with Mickey Thompson tires, a Moon shifter and gauges, and more.
The 400ci Chevrolet V8 is equipped with triple Rochester Two-Jet downdraft carburetors with chrome air cleaners and an Offenhauser intake manifold. Chrome accessories have been added, and exhaust is via stainless steel four-into-one headers feeding side pipes.
The battery was replaced and fluid changes were performed in preparation for the sale.
The car retain a full steel body and is finished in black with traditional-style flames. Teardrop taillights, chrome bumperettes, and a receiver hitch are fitted out back.
Red and black painted 15″ steel wheels wear baby moon hubcaps and are mounted with Mickey Thompson Sportsman tires in a “big and little” setup.
The leaf-sprung suspension is fitted with traction bars in the rear and chrome tube shocks all around.
Braking is from drums at all four corners.
The cabin was fitted with fresh upholstery on the bench seat and doors complemented by yellow piping and black carpets.
Controls include a wood-rimmed Lecarra steering wheel and a floor shifter with a yellow Mooneyes shift knob.
The black-painted dashboard houses a host of Moon instruments including a six-digit odometer displaying just over 500 miles, which represent the total since completion of the refurbishment work.
