The replacement twin-turbocharged 1.3L rotary engine was installed and fitted with an aftermarket downpipe in place of the pre-catalytic converter by Rotary Performance, as part of the refurbishment, and the car was equipped from the factory with a front strut tower brace and additional oil cooling as part of the R1 package. Additional work performed by Rotary Performance includes installing the following replacement components: Mishimoto radiator, Coolant hoses, Air separator tank, RP Competition fuel pump, Fuel filter, Remanufactured fuel injectors, Spark plugs, Oil pressure sending unit, Gaskets and seals, Vacuum valves and hoses, Battery cable and terminals, Drive belts.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission and a Torsen limited-slip differential. The clutch and the clutch master cylinder were replaced in preparation for the sale.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage.
The three-spoke steering wheel frames a 180-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 7,500-rpm redline, and auxiliary gauges.
The digital odometer shows 37k miles. Total mileage is unknown.
