The 6.6-liter Duramax turbodiesel V8 was installed in 2011 and is fitted with 5 on-the-fly selectable ECU tunes, an AFE turbo inlet, an AirDog fuel filter and water separator system, a K&N air filter, and electronic fans with integrated override switches for fording water. An oil change was performed in preparation for sale.
Power is sent to all four wheels through a five-speed Allison Stage-5 automatic transmission and an electronic dual-range transfer case. The truck is equipped with dual fuel tanks and driveline protection guards, Eaton front and rear electronic differential lockers, an active transfer case and rear differential cooler, a rear-mounted transmission cooler, and a four-inch turbo back heat-wrapped exhaust with a Predator performance pipe.
