The original inline-six was removed and replaced with a 390ci FE big-block V8 was rebuilt and bored .030″ over.
Additional features include a 428 Cobra Jet intake and camshaft as well as 428 Police Interceptor cylinder heads, a remote oil filter system, a Milodon eight-quart oil pan, a Mallory Unilite distributor, a Powermaster XS Torque mini starter, and a Moroso battery cut-off switch.
The exhaust exits through ceramic-coated JBA long-tube headers, a JBA stainless H-pipe, and a stainless dual-exhaust system with Magnaflow mufflers.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission and a 9-inch rear end with a Detroit Locker limited-slip differential.
