The 5.3-liter GM LM7 V8 was installed in 2022 and is linked with a 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission and an NP241 two-speed transfer case. The wiring harness and air conditioning condenser, receiver dryer, and hoses were replaced as part of the build. The auxiliary front fuel tank has been removed, and an auxiliary tank has been added in the spare tire compartment.

A 10-bolt front and 14-bolt rear axle have been added.

The cabin is equipped with three-place front seating and a second-row bench seat that have been trimmed in houndstooth cloth with vinyl seatbacks. Sound-deadening material was added beneath the brown carpets, and the truck is also equipped with a retro-style Bluetooth stereo, aftermarket speakers, and air conditioning.

The three-spoke steering wheel fronts a horizontal-sweep 120-mph speedometer flanked by an ammeter and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level.
