The car received a 289ci V8 from the factory, and a rebuilt 302ci V8 was installed by Reath Automotive in 1982.

A centrifugal Paxton supercharger that have been previously used on this vehicle was reinstalled at that time.

Other features include a custom-ground camshaft, finned Cobra valve covers, an export brace, and a Monte Carlo bar that is curved to accommodate the supercharger.

The valves were adjusted in 2018, and during 2019 the radiator was flow-tested and cleaned.

The oil was changed in preparation for the sale.

A three-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of instrumentation that includes a horizontal 120-mph speedometer flanked by auxiliary gauges. A Rally Pac with a 6k-rpm tachometer and an analog clock is affixed to the column.

The five-digit odometer shows 43k miles, true mileage is unknown.
