The 430ci V8 has been modified with an Edelbrock carburetor, a custom exhaust system with Magnaflow mufflers, an aftermarket radiator with electric fans, and a chrome ignition coil and valve covers.
The engine was overhauled in 2004, while more recent work in 2024 consisted of a power steering flush, a coolant change, and replacement fuel hoses.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels via a three-speed C6 automatic transmission and a 2.89:1 limited-slip rear differential.
