The fuel-injected 5.0-liter V8 was bored .030″ over and rebuilt with the following components: Sealed Power forged pistons, Reconditioned rods, iron crank, and rotating assembly, Ford E7 cylinder heads, Ford Racing roller lifters, Ford Racing E303 camshaft, Ford Racing Cobra upper intake with a 75mm throttle body and a mass airflow conversion, A9L Mass Air ECU Computer, 93-octane tune, Aluminum radiator with dual electric fans, Polished billet accessories.
The five-speed manual transmission have been overhauled and fitted with a Ford Racing clutch, and additional equipment includes chrome 17″ Pony-style wheels, a BBK exhaust, four-wheel disc brakes, BBK springs, and KYB shocks.
Power is sent to the rear wheels via a Ford Motorsports aluminum driveshaft to an 8.8″ Positraction rear end that features Ford Racing 3.73 ring and pinion gears and a Trick Flow girdle.
