The replacement 396ci V8 have been rebuilt during the refurbishment and is equipped with aluminum cylinder heads.
The block is finished in orange and topped with a Winters aluminum intake manifold as well as chrome treatments for the air cleaner housing and valve covers.
The engine’s cylinder head mounting surfaces were machined during the rebuild, resulting in a blank engine pad.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a rebuilt Muncie four-speed manual transmission and a 12-bolt rear end.
