This 1989 Saleen SSC Mustang is chassis #25 of Saleen Autosport’s unofficial Saleen Super Car tribute production commemorating the 25th anniversary of the Ford Mustang.
All Saleen SSC Mustangs were finished in Oxford White with gray trim and Saleen SSC graphics over gray and white leather upholstery.
The hatchback is powered by a 5.0-liter V8 paired with a five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential.
Equipment includes a rear spoiler, revised bumper covers and side skirts, white 16″ wheels, a Hurst quick-ratio shifter, a roll bar, FloFit adjustable bucket seats, cruise control, and power windows.
The car is finished in Oxford White and features gray moldings, black and yellow graphics, and a “Saleen” decal on the windshield.
Saleen SSC-specific equipment includes the rear spoiler, revised bumpers, and side skirts compared to the standard fox-body Mustang.
White-finished 16″ five-spoke alloy wheels with Saleen logo center caps wear 245/45 BFGoodrich G-Force T/A tires.
Stopping power is provided by discs on all four corners.
The car came equipped with Monroe Formula GP electronically-adjustable shocks and struts.
The cabin features two FloFit adjustable bucket seats upholstered in two-tone gray and white leather with yellow piping and mesh headrest inserts joined by a color-coordinated dashboard, door panels, and carpet.
