The fiberglass body is finished in Aquamarine Blue Metallic and mounted to a modified Volkswagen chassis.
Additional equipment includes a dark brown soft top, brown upholstery, 15″ alloy wheels, four-wheel disc brakes, dual Kadron carburetors, a CB Performance Magnaspark ignition system, heated seats, a wood-rimmed steering wheel, VDO instrumentation, and a retro-style head unit.

The air-cooled 2,332cc flat-four was rebuilt by Pat Downs Performance who rated the engine at 145 horsepower when completed.
Features include 94mm pistons, performance camshafts, a 26mm Schadek oil pump, twin Kadron carburetors, a CB Performance Magnaspark ignition system, and an external oil cooler with an electric fan.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transaxle with a 3.44:1 final drive.
