The 426ci Hemi V8 sends power rearward through a 4-speed manual transmission, Dana 60 rear axle, and optional Sure Grip limited-slip differential.
The engine utilizes dual 4-barrel carburetors and was factory rated at 425 horsepower and 490 lb-ft of torque.
Maintenance has included regular fluid and filter changes, replacement of the original Hemi starter motor with an aftermarket high-torque unit, and the installation of a new dry-cell battery.
