This 1967 Pontiac GTO hardtop coupe is finished in Signet Gold over a gold vinyl interior and powered by a replacement 400ci V8 paired with a four-speed manual transmission.
The replacement 400ci V8 sourced from a 1970 GTO was rebuilt and installed in 1998.
Equipment includes an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, chrome valve covers, and a 400-4 air cleaner cover.
Work carried out in anticipation of the sale consisted of replacing the battery and air filter as well as performing an oil change.
Records indicate that the four-speed manual transmission was rebuilt in July 2015 and fitted with a Centerforce clutch.
A replacement dual exhaust system has also been added.
The car returned to the factory Signet Gold during a refurbishment in 1997.
Equipment includes dual side mirrors, a fender-mounted antenna, and chrome bumpers, headlight surrounds, and sill guards.
15″ Rallye II wheels are wrapped in 235/60 Cooper Cobra Radial GT tires. Aftermarket Quickor Garage front and rear sway bars have been added, and braking is handled by front discs and rear drums.
The brake fluid was recently flushed.
The interior was reupholstered in the factory gold vinyl and features a matching dashboard, door panels, and replacement carpets.
The car is equipped with front bucket seats, faux-wood trim, rubber mats, a locking glove box, and an aftermarket Nextar AM/FM cassette stereo.
A replacement three-spoke steering wheel fronts a 120-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 5,100-rpm redline, a quartz clock, and auxiliary gauges.
The five-digit odometer shows 72k miles, though the total mileage is unknown.
