This 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 was produced on December 20, 1968 and was factory optioned with a Q-code 428ci Cobra Jet V8.
The Q-code 428ci Cobra Jet V8 have been rebuilt along with the 4-speed Toploader manual gearbox and 3.91:1 Detroit Locker rear end.
Modifications include a port fuel injection system, electronic ignition, polished aluminum rocker covers, and a Cobra-branded air cleaner.
Several underbody photos show the condition of the floor pan, suspension, drivetrain, Borla exhaust, differential, and 4-wheel disc brakes.
Originally Royal Maroon (3059-A), the car was repainted in Shelby KR Silver Metallic with gloss black accents and a Mach 1 stripe kit.
New weather stripping was installed.
Black chrome 17″ 5-spoke wheels wear 225/50 Sumitomo tires, while other modern updates include 4-wheel disc brakes, black rear glass trim, and upgraded suspension bushings.
High-back bucket seats are reupholstered in black vinyl, while other fresh interior components include the door panels, contoured dash, black low-pile carpeting, seat belts, instrument panel, gauges, and more.
The factory 3-spoke steering wheel remains in place and the odometer displays just over 19k miles, though true mileage is unknown.
